The Wet Weather Partnership
The CSO Partnership was founded in 1989 by a small group of CSO community officials and consultants specializing in CSO control from areas all over the United States. Since that time, the Partnership has been a major player in shaping federal and state CSO legislation, regulation and policy. The CSO Partnership has been dedicated to securing funding for CSO control, ensuring that the CSO policy is implemented as intended, supporting CSO control planning and implementation that is cost-effective. The Partnership has promoted cooperation among federal, state, and local governments in the regulatory development process and worked with key national stakeholders in CSO control (including environmental organizations, professional groups, and government agencies and associations).
As the Wet Weather Partnership, we continue to seek environmentally responsible solutions to all urban wet weather issues in a fiscally prudent manner.
Our membership comprises communities, both large and small, from across the country. Also, several corporate membership categories are available to environmental consulting and engineering firms. Most of our corporate members serve on the Partnership’s Technical Advisory Council, which assists the Partnership and its members with a wide range of wet weather- related technical issues.
